About Me

I am compassionate and zestful for life. Having lived in different places, I settled in West Sussex in 1997. I have worked in industry and business consulting. My many years of experience instructing and participating in various outdoor adventurous activities support my outdoor therapy. My work is underpinned by my Master’s in Counselling and developed with rigorous training and ongoing CPD. I work both in private practice, the charity sector and for EAP’s. I work in an embodied creative way.

As a Registered member of the BACP, I adhere to stringent ethical standards.
