Space to Grow Counselling, Psychotherapy and Creative Supervision

Hi, I am Caroline Wardle, counsellor, psychotherapist and creative clinical supervisor.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

‘Space to Grow’ reflects how clients experience working with me. I work outdoors in and around the South Downs National Park in West Sussex. We can also work together inside my mobile counselling space, a beautifully converted van I’ve named ‘Therapeuo’ which is Greek for healing. I offer online counselling for those farther afield or unable to travel.

Therapy

Life experiences are not always the ones we choose. We can be faced with many life events, such as, sickness, bereavement, relationship breakdown (couples work), sexual trauma, stress, anxiety. I work with all these issues and more. I care deeply for all my clients. I am humbled and honoured to journey with each one and hold hope in moments when they cannot. I work in an embodied creative way.

Creative and Clinical Supervision for the Helping Professions

I am trained as a Clinical Creative Supervisor and work with therapists and other helping professions. My co-contractual approach is underpinned by BACP ethics and the 7 Eyed Model. Evidence shows that Creative Supervision can rapidly enable new perspectives in the Supervisee’s clinical work. Please get in touch for an initial conversation.
